(September 13, 2018, 11:10 am)Travis was recommended by a coworker of mine, so I decided to give him a call. I saw some negative reviews online, but wanted to at least meet with them to see how I felt about them. Within 5 minutes of meeting with Travis, my mind was at ease. He seemed very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. My wife and I had a leak from our dishwasher and had to replace all of the flooring on our main level. After going in circles with our insurance company waiting for everything to be approved, Integrity stepped in and helped us get it all resolved so that we can get our new flooring installed. The ladies in their office were awesome to deal with, and helped my wife find floors that she loves. Travis made the process as painless as possible for us. I can’t say enough about them and will surely be calling them back for the rest of the house when it’s time.

The crew was able to come out within 2 days for the 1st job! They came back for the 2nd working around our schedule. The whole experience was very positive from start to finish. I would highly recommend!

(June 23, 2018, 1:51 pm)When we were looking to remodel our house, we shopped around a few places for flooring. Once the project started, we had a specific time frame for completion. After meeting with Travis and Jennifer, they said it would be no problem to work within that schedule. They even passed along the contact information for an excellent painter they often work alongside to help with the scheduling. After the old floors had been demoed out of the house, we discovered the distributor shipped our flooring order incorrectly. Their team worked the greater part of a day to find another comparable floor so we would finish on schedule.
I cannot say enough good things about Travis and his team, from office to install. Our floors have been in for three months and we could not be happier.
