  Purchased a new motor home here a few weeks ago. Our salesman Dylan was knowledgeable, professional & pleasant!! Never felt any pressure, like others I've experienced elsewhere. Then we went to finances and Brock took care of us. Answered all our questions and never exhibit any pressure to purchase the warranties, just let us know what they were with good details. We took it away and had a few items that needed attention. Nikki in service was fantastic! She stayed late to wait for us to get the camper there, so that we'd still be able to make this weekend's trip. She keep us up to date and accomplished getting things fixed, in time too.
  I HIGHLY recommend Camping World of Concord. Dylan, Brock and Nikki are AWESOME!!

  Thanks to Preston, he made my 1st time camping experience easy. He took out time to show me exactly what I had needed and what wasn't necessary. He explained step by step how to's on camping. He was very knowledgeable in what he was sharing and explaining to me. I'm sure there are other good guys and gals that work at camping world, but when I come back, I want speak with Preston. Keep up the good work Preston.

  Have purchased twice at this location and both times management has gone out of their way to provide a great customer experience. We were given a fantastic deal and received good follow up after our purchase. The General Manager, management team, sales staff and Service department employees have all been very helpful. Special thanks to Kim and the Concord Camping World team.

  Here for the last of our warranty work on our new coach. Ron was our salesman and he was great. Made the purchase easy. Nikki is the service manager a d she works so hard to get our work done. She has been a pleasure to work with. Mike is a very knowledgeable technician. Very satisfied with our treatment and service.

  Such a great experience here. I came in and staff was immediately helpful at directing me where to go. The selection of campers is unlike any other location. The general manager, Kim had particularly gone out of her way to greet us and make sure my family was well cared for. I will definitely be recommending all my camping friends and family to this location for all their camping needs!
