I came in to return shoes and an outfit. I went to the shoe section and found the perfect Nike but couldn't find my size :(
I asked an employee to check to see if they had 8.5 in stock and the system said there were two pairs in the store!! The two employees searched with me for over 20 minutes and the employee (I think she had short black hair and used to be in charge of the shoe department) finally found box 100! Size 8.5!! YAY!
Thank you so much! The shoes are perfect and I am so thankful that you guys helped me find them!!

(December 7, 2018, 12:04 am)I was very impressed with their attentiveness to customers. I wasn't even in the store for 30 seconds before someone greeted me and asked me how they could help me. When I told her I was there to pick up an online order, she immediately went to get it and bring it to me. VERY good customer service!!!
