  This was my first time here and I am really glad that I went on recommendation from a friend! As soon as we walked in, we we're greeted by a friendly staff member at the counter and from the the service only improved. I ordered "The Concord" which was made fresh, brought out hot, and downright delicious. The interior was clean and has a nice local flare to it. If you want a quick, fresh, lunch experience, I would highly recommend this place.

  We tried the all the way bowl and it was even better than expected! The fried okra was really delicious and I love that it came with both red and white slaw. The BBQ pork was nice and tender and the sauces were all above average. The only one I didnt care much for was the mustard sauce. It needed more spice or vinegar or something to make it stand out. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

  The concept is pretty cool. Is a quick service restaurant for the lovers of BBQ. Has a pretty extensive menu, but so far the items my wife and I tried were delicious. Legit mac and cheese and coleslaw. Also their BBQ sauces are awesome.

  Amazing food. Amazing service. Fast service. Must visit!!! Trying to decide what to eat off the menu was the worst part, everything looked so good it made it a difficult decision. We will definitely be back to try it all.

  The food here is absolutely incredible! From the BBQ to the Chicken, to the Burgers and desert. I haven’t had anything I don’t love here! They catered lunch for my company as well . It was affordable and delicious!

"Jolly Roger" is a well-known pirate term so we decided to use a play on words (Sarah is a former English teacher) and name the restaurant after our boys and our dads while encompassing our pirate lifestyle. So, we went with Johnny Roger's BBQ & Burgers as our name and what better to represent us than with a pirate piggy.
