  I have bought 4 Glocks from Craig’s and have been nothing but blown away by their customer service. I live 1.5 hours away and will make the drive every time to buy from them. This past Friday I went and bought another Gen5 Glock 17 and had another great experience with Randall and Jeff; top notch professional men.
  
  My other Gen5 Glock had a defect from the manufacturer where the slide would stop about 3/4” short when removing the last round when the magazine was removed. Randall spent about an hour taking every single working part out of the frame and slide to figure out what the issue was. Randall went above and beyond my expectations with his outstanding customer service and diagnosed the issue as a defective firing pin safety! He replaced the firing pin safety and the issue was solved!
  
  Overall, this is a top notch business and you will be 100% satisfied with their premium level of customer service and knowledge! I highly recommend buying a firearm from this business!

  Circumstances had me on the NE side of town with need for a off the shelf OWB holster so Google Maps pointed me Craig's. I am glad I stopped in. Randall(?) and Jeff were exceptionally helpful and I now have the holster to fit my need. Also I am pointing my son to Craig's to check out their LE trade-ins. Additionally I got a couple of boxes of .45 at a exceptional price and two boxes of 9mm at a really good price. We will be back.

  I did an FFL transfer here for a purchase from a private party. I must say these guys are VERY professional and informed. Handled everything extremely well. A+++
