  Friendly staff, great atmosphere and room maintenance. Manager's special in the hotel lobby with varieties of food and drinks in the evening is good hangout social to unwind after busy day.

  Hotel is in a good spot, with restaurants and shopping nearby. The managers reception, which is Tuesday-Thursday is great! The manager brings in food and beer at 5ish pm. Really enjoyed being able to have a snack and chat with other guests. Staff was great. However, I could hear the person in the next room over with their loud music and talking. The property is being renovated, which should be nice when done, but a bit loud and disruptive now. Also, the shower curtain rod in my room wasn’t straight, so the curtain slipped about a foot on either side. Result was a fair bit of water on the floor and the door.

  The hotel rooms are clean. The front desk is kind and courteous with greetings and well wishes each time I entered or exited the building. Fitness center is recently renovated with weights in addition to the cardio equipment. The bed was not as soft as some hotels, but it was not uncomfortable. I will stay here next year without hesitation if I am in town again.

  The hotel located in a close proximity to Charlotte Motor Speedway, if you are into NASCAR. Also, there are at least three restaurants in a minute walk from the hotel, which is super convenient.
  The room was clean, large and comfortable, and so was the bed. It had a mini fridge, microwave and sink, in case you want to reheat dinner from a night before. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The free breakfast was not great, but it had a pretty cool machine that makes small pancakes. However, I would suggest skipping breakfast and going to a waffle house across the street. The hotel also has a gym and an outdoor pool, but I didn't use them, so I can't comment.
  Overall, it is a nice inexpensive hotel to stay in if you are coming to Concord!
