(August 4, 2018, 1:03 pm)I have been with Allen & Ballard for almost 20 years - except for a brief period when I lived in SC. One of the nice things about moving back to NC was the fact that I didn't have to search for an insurance agent. That process is arduous. I knew without a doubt I'd reinstate, Allen & Ballard. They are knowledgeable about their products and their rates are competitive. They explain their services well, noting the pros and cons, offering recommendations that are sensible and affordable.
I trust them. They have been my advocate when I've needed them to address issues with another insurance company or even within Erie itself.
Anne and I have had to pleasure of talking children, teenagers (as I added car insurance), divorce (as I removed insurance), moves and more moves. The introduction to her children as they stepped into the roles at the office. I have never personally meet Anne but she has added to the security and reassurance that when I NEED the insurance they provide I don't have to worry that I, will be taken care of.
Francesca has added another level of communication and is always pleasant and responsive.
Thank you for the past service and looking forward to many more years of feeling shielded from what the world and life throws my way. -
