(August 27, 2018, 9:59 pm)I recently purchased a Bench Made dining table and chairs with the help of Toni, the designer. From the very beginning, it was a great experience. Toni came to my home to measure and make sure it would fit my space. I was doubtful, but she was sure it would and she was right. It is exactly what I wanted and it looks GREAT.
I did have one chair that I had a problem with - a small area on the seat about the size of my fist. They immediately ordered a replacement seat, but when the tech brought it out, the stain on the new seat was a shade darker. He suggested that I let him touch up the original seat and see what I thought. It worked out perfectly.
I can't say enough about everyone I dealt with at this store. From the designer to the folks that scheduled the delivery, the tech and the business office, they were so professional and so willing to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
I would definitely buy from this store again. -
