Was punctual. Actually another technician came to start the job and Jim showed up later. Was finished under in 2 hours. Was very pleased with the whole process from the initial phone call through the install. Price was slightly under what I expected. Even offered to help put the garage back together. We are loving the hot showers!!! Even included a warranty on work and used commercial grade equipment.

He was very responsive and his pricing is exactly what it should be, fair. I'll definitely be using them in the future for all my plumbing issues.

We lost our hot water heater last night and needed an emergency plumber. I found Jim Meyers Plumbing through a recommendation of Nextdoor. He called me right back and immediately came out to our home to give look at the issue and give me an estimate. He did not charge for coming out, which is very unusual. He came back this morning with the new water heater in tow and did a fantastic job with the replacement. He had to bring everything up to code and he even helped me with replacing the top of the waterlogged support that the broken heater had leaked all over.
Excellent service. Came out within the hour to check job. Found my problem right away and took time to explain some things that I was unaware of. Have already discussed another job for the near future. Restored my faith in the profession after 2 previous plumbers failed to find problem. I guess three times was the charm!

Unlike a lot of other plumbers I called when my hot water heater died last night he was very prompt and actually did a lot of the work himself. He was the very definition of under-promise and over-deliver. When he was on his way to pick up the new tank, he sent a second crew to the house to begin the job. They had to do a few updates to bring everything up to code and had the whole job completed in under 2 hours. He took the time to explain things thoroughly once everything was completed and when working on the quote, he took me step by step through what was needed and why. So glad I shopped around...saved me hundreds and I have a trusted and honest plumber for life!
