    I have been going to Vitality for 3 years. They have an amazing facility and great coaches. It will only take your first visit to feel right at home. If you are thinking about improving your health and fitness visit this place, it will be life changing!

    This place is more fun than a trip to Carowinds. If you are looking to get your sweat On and build strong muscles you must try vitality. Often times the coaches dance and joke which makes it even more fun. If you get lucky they’ll even take music requests! Make sure you put your equipment away though. It’s very important.

    CrossFit Vitality is the ultimate training facility with the best trainers around! They are very positive, extremely knowledgeable in proper form/technique, and they push each member to achieve their goals. I have been attending CrossFit classes for 4 months, have lost over 3% body fat, gained 2 lbs of muscle, gained strength, endurance, received proper coaching, and positive encouragement. I am so excited to be a part of this CrossFit community because everyone makes you feel welcomed. Also, I know that I am at the right place to achieve all my fitness goals. At 49, I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me.

    1.5 years in and I wouldn't change a thing. The facility is very up to date and clean always. Every coach is helpful and very knowledgeable. Such a friendly environment.

    This place is amazing! There are multiple fitness options available for everyone whether you consider yourself an athlete or are just looking to get back in to shape. I have been involved in both the EvoFit and CrossFit classes for the past 5 years and have enjoyed them so much. Each class has provided me with multiple opportunities to improve my health and reduce stress :) There are multiple resources such as nutrition and individualized programming options available as well. I am so happy to be a part of the Vitality community and would highly recommend it to anyone no matter your current fitness level or goals !!
