  Wife and I joined a few weeks back, and are loving it. Of all the gyms we visited in the Concord area, this one is the best; they have all the equipment and free weights you need to accomish whatever goals you have in mind. The owners are very friendly and approachable too. Will recommend to anyone in the Concord area for sure.

  Best local gym my wife and I have found in the Concord area. Has all the equipment and free weights you ever need to accomplish your goals, and the owners are extremely friendly and personable. I don't see myself going to any other gym so long as we remain in the Concord area.

  Freddie and Kim run an awesome facility here. Always friendly, very clean, and an awesome place to workout.
  They offer private Training as well that'll help you get to the next level.
  Can't recommend them enough.
