  When my car broke down and it looked like a possible blown engine, I was so grateful there was an Enterprise nearby. Jordan couldn't have been nicer and more professional. He picked me up, had my reservation ready and I was out of there in minutes. Lucky for me, my engine wasn't damaged but I took advantage of having a rental car and had my mechanic do an overhaul. I returned the rental the next day and Jordan gave me a lift home. Great service and excellent customer support. I can't say enough how nice everyone was and how they made me feel like a valued customer. Its so comforting to know Enterprise is there.

  I rented over the weekend for a trip to the beach. I gave 4 stars because the 2018 KIA Soul they rented to me was excellent and the gas mileage was phenomenal. However the customer service of the front desk is lacking. I've rented from enterprise for years, mostly due to convenience. I scheduled an 8 am pickup, they were 15 minutes late. This is the first time an attendant did the pre rental inspection without me. I made him do it again. You should never rent without noting the existing damage on their vehicle. Enterprise gives you the option to use a credit or a debit card for the rental. However, if you pay with a debit card, they now charge a $200 deposit that is not mentioned on the website nor do they tell you when you call nor before they swipe your card. The total rental charge is going to show up as whatever price quoted plus $200, then they refund $200 after you return the vehicle. Thrifty travelers be aware - make sure you plan for that additional charge in your trip budget.

  In the last month I've rented 3 vehicles for work from this Enterprise location, and each time I had some extenuating circumstance (on my end) that Jessica and her excellent team were able to not only accommodate but actually do so with generosity and enthusiasm! I've been renting vehicles for work for 20 years, and I've never had service better than that of this Enterprise location. The team members are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even though there are at least 2 other Enterprise locations closer to my home, I will continue to do business with Jessica and her excellent team!
