My name is Charles Burris and I want to say that Mr. Ivan and Miss Jesse are a great great team and wonderful service. I brought in three watches instead of leaving we have a conversation and Mr. Ivan Change the batteries in the watches. I looked around the store. I enjoy coming to the new store and I will keep on coming and I’m looking forward to seeing them next Tuesday to purchase a tennis bracelet for my wife. The store in the university area really needs improvement.

We came in the morning to look at mens wedding band and had nothing but a positive experience. Jessie was a wonderful helper and did not make it feel like there was any pressure on us. We left and went to lunch to think and when we came back we were once again greeted with so much joy and kindness. Jessie even remembered our names 😊

I always love shopping at Brownlees, but today, Ms. Jessie was very helpful in helping my husband find a chain that worked for him, some earrings for me, and was helpful in finding information for me as I had questions about an emerald band and getting the prongs on my diamond tightened.

I love coming here for all my jewelry needs and will definitely continue to return!
