I reached out to various insurance companies, because I needed to find some quick renters insurance. I appreciate Ralph reaching out to me! I needed the insurance quickly, however I did reach out over the weekend. Even though I didn't get the insurance with Ralph, I appreciate his willingness to even reach out to me to ensure that I as taken care of! Follow up is very hard to find these days! I appreciate him more than he knows with offering such great customer service!!
I really appreciate this experience with this State Farm insurance company. Sometimes dealing with an insurance company can be a lil difficult, However Johanna has made time here fun and easy. She is very professional she makes things simple and she always been there or calls me back when I need her. I appreciate this type of service and it makes it pleasing to be a part of state farm....
Ralph's office is the absolute best! Johanna has been a great source of information and great advice! She was there for us when we were buying cars, when we bought our house and when our house sprung a leak! They are honest and super friendly. I couldn't ask for a better insurance office! I will stay as loyal to them as they have been to me and my family! Don't look any further, you've found your insurance home!
We've been using State Farm for a few years now. We have our home and cars insured through them along with life insurance policies. They have been amazing. We mainly deal with Johanna in the Ralph Brittain office and she always gets us the info we need and fast. We've worked with some of the other ladies in the office too but have attached ourselves to Johanna mostly. :) They are all so kind and helpful. Customer service skills are on point for sure.
