Have been going to this gym for a few years. Different name same gym. Always pretty clean and have all the equipment you would need to have a good workout. There is no contract which is why I go to this gym. 24/7 and staff is very nice and friendly. Billing is through ABC I believe so some people can have problems when they first start or when they cancel not due to the gym but due to billing company which almost all gyms use.

Great gym for working out, good trainers, clean and not crowded like some gyms. Many options for equipment. Not a gym rat, but I feel comfortable here.

Great equipment and clean place overall! Bernard is a great personal trainer! He’s dedicated and has the best personality- but don’t think that means he lets you get off easy 😄. The group classes with Ashleigh are also awesome- she keeps a good pace and keeps it challenging! All of the staff and management are nice and helpful.

Tomba the club manager and all the staff have been very personable and friendly since my initial visit. My personal training sessions have produced major results and my overall confidence is improved
