I had my roof replaced by Guardian Exreriors and was very impressed with the sales informaton on the materials that would be used and the detailed answers to all my question. Josh and TJ explained the entire process from removal of the old roof and installation of the new one. The work was completed in one day. Cleanup after the install was exceptional. I highly reccomend that you talk to these people if you are planning to have your roof replaced.

David and his team surpassed expectations in replacing my roof! From the initial visit of listening and understanding my vision of not simply replacing my roof, but upgrading the look of the exterior, to walking me through every part of the work they’d do, to assisting me with the claim process, and having a crew that works swiftly and meticulously!!! Their service AND communication is superb! This is a combination that many companies lack. However they executed my vision flawlessly and were a pleasure to work with! The new roof, gutters, downspouts, fascia…all their work gave my home that perfect pop of color for the more modern look I wanted. I’m beyond pleased!! I’d recommend them again and again!! From the initial roof inspection through post finish cleanup these guys are the best!! Josh took the time to tell me about the things I should research or look into so I could make the best decision for my home. Offered options for upgrades but absolutely no pressure to purchase them. Came out after to make sure the job was done well and cleanup was taken care of too. The crew showed up on time and took care of the job quickly and with as little impact to my day and schedule as possible! I would highly recommend Guardian Exteriors! This is my first review ever. I had to write this because Guardian Exteriors provided the best customer service experience I've ever received on a home project. Josh listened to me as I described the re-roofing project that I had and my request to protect the flowers and landscaping around my house. He heard me and the roofing crew followed through exactly as I requested. Josh spent all the time that was needed to understand my re-roofing project. He answered all my questions and checked on the project as the work progressed. The installers were on-time and worked very hard. They were efficient, professional, and did a great job removing and installiing the new shingles. The result is I have a beautiful new roof on my house and workshed. The flowers and landscaping were not harmed. The cleanup was exceptional and the roof looks fantastic. If you need your house re-roofed, I highly recommend you call Guardian Exteriors and speak with Josh.

Guardian Exteriors was great to work with. We had thought we only needed to repair our roof but they were up front in letting us know that we had a lot of wind damage and needed a new roof. They explained the insurance claim process and helped us with everything. They were very professional, and really good to communicate with. I would hire them again for all my future needs. They did a great job.
