  Awesome and simple trail. Very neat and cut path the whole way. The first part begins in a large hilly cutover and then cuts in to a nice peaceful covered area.
  Round trip is around 2.8-3.2 miles

  So sad that someone burned the map kiosk. Nice easy trail but not much shade for Summer heat.

  It is a beautiful hike, today is May 15th. It does need to finish growing back up. Parts of it was clear-cut, but still absolutely gorgeous out there.

  Trails were a bit muddy in parts (but it had recently rained), and there didn't seem to be a route back to our starting point without either retracing or path (through the mud) or walking beside a semi-busy road that had no shoulder. But, I was hiking with my amazing friend, and a good time was had by all.
