  The staff is amazing. Even though it was very busy, they remained calm and helpful. They answer the phone and answer questions and never made me felt rushed along. The nurse and PA were very professional but also took the time to listen and explain in a friendly bedside manner. I felt heard and comfortable that I was being treated with great care.

  Great experience as a first time patient. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved the PA Tyler Bradley and how she took the time to explain my condition as well as my treatment. It was a wonderful visit and the PAs demeanor really put me at ease. I highly recommend this clinic!!!!!

  This was my first visit, and I was impressed.
  The ability to make an appointment on-line was easy. The in-processing was quick and smooth with little wait. The personnel were personable and professional. I was surprised by their capability to take and have x-rays quickly.read on a Sunday.
  PA Nick was exceptional in his diagnosis and treatment.
  My only suggestion would be for FastMed to have an electronic handshake / electronic of data so that my Atrium health care providers could view the x-ray and radiology report.
  I will definitely return if necessary.

  I was out of town visiting my son and starting feeling bad so my daughter in law recommends I go to FASTMED URGENT Care which I did.. The receptionist was very kind and friendly and she got me checked in with no problems.. I didn't have to wait very long before I saw Cynthia a medical assistant and she was also Sweet kind and had a great personality and made me feel very comfortable being there.. TYLER my PA-C was fantastic! Very professional kind and caring.. She knew exactly what I needed to feel better and thanks to her and the staff at FASTMED I'm feeling better today! I would recommend FASTMED to others that may need it.. It was a comfortable easy experience which was greatly appreciated....

  Great place if you need urgent care. I was able to get an appointment the next day, could have done a walk in the same day. Staff was very friendly and thorough. If I need urgent care again I will use this one. Ashley, the nurse was very professional and had a great personality, she answered every question I asked her. Nicholas the PA answered a few more questions and checked my heart, in all everyone was very nice. Sorry I forgot the receptionist name but she on her " A" game too.
