“Great office. Slow to get me in the back for treatment, but I soon came to understand why. They spend time with the patient- not looking at the clock like so many doctors do nowadays. Bonus- as you wait, they have snacks and a nice Keurig coffee maker or bottled water!! Also, they have a TV with interesting shows playing, not divisive news or health commercials like we see so much in doctors offices... I just went today and saw Ron Rodriguez. Like was stated on a google review I just read, I reiterate that he is a great doctor and person. He spent time with me, addressed all my concerns with compassion and understanding. He was so personable and comfortable, I was blown away. Even when our visit was done, I forgot I had another issue and he took me into another room, even though he had moved on with another patient, and dealt with my issue. Do not hesitate to go to this fine dermatologist! Just understand you will be there awhile!! Also I saw PA-C Samantha Starkey months ago who was equally compassionate and addressed my difficult issues with grace and was a comfort to me. She was aggressive with my issue as well, something a lot of Derms won't do. Do not hesitate to go to this satellite office- and ask for one of these 2. You won't be sorry. Don't we have it bad enough having to go to this kind of doctor?? It may as well be a pleasant and productive experience...”
