“I have had children at he Sunshine House going on 14 years. My oldest started when she was 1 and I still have 2 that are in the after school programs now. My oldest is now 15 followed by an 8 year old and a 6 year old. During these 14 years, we have seen many changes and thankfully all for the positive. The majority of the teachers love the students and it shows daily. I love how the teachers know who I am and are able to feel comfortable communicating with me. I love the activities my children did when they were in the earlier grades and now, as after school, the extended time outside to play and be kids. All three of my children started Kindergarten at their school on track and slightly above. There will always be positives/negatives in any place, but I feel that the Sunshine House in Concord has been a very positive place for my children.”

They were so pleasant that I scheduled my cleaning the next month and moved my records over. They are so professional and up to date on better technology in dentistry. “Ryan did an amazing job, he made sure to text me when he was on the way like I asked. My carpets were spotless and pretty much completely dry by the time he left. It was pouring rain the whole time he was here so I was grateful he still came and suprised my carpets were dry. This is the first company to use dryers. Also he was super nice, great customer service. Will definitely be using this company in the future.”

“We adore this place! I know people can have poor experiences ANYwhere, but as of coming to Caralea Valley in November of 2017, my roommate and I are enjoying responsive management, courteous staff, and mostly quiet neighbors (which could change, but still...). Upon arrival this was the CLEANEST, most well-kept single floor apartment [2Bed 1Bath] I've ever seen. So far not a single bug or other pest in sight, other than the usual moth that follows you thru the door! Even our small ATTIC is in great shape:) Thanks, Caralea, recommending this site to anyone who understands "you get what you pay for"! More than worth splitting 900+ a month. Other options are less, but even being in college still, this place is perfect♡”
