“I'm not sure about all the complaints. I usually go online and schedule appointments and it lets you see all the dr's available for sick visits. I had a recent medical issue and my Doc didn't have any available appts and I look at the schedule online(log into my atrium acct) and chose a next day Appt with Dr. Pittman. I've seen a few complaints about her and I have to say she was nothing like what I have read. Very competent, asked right questions, and I didn't have a wait, and my issues were addressed immediately. All I ever ask is that the Dr. Is good at being a Dr. Being kind is a bonus. I like her. Some complaints were about referrals to specialists, and unfortunately the days of HMO's are long gone. There you had facilities that had almost all specialists under one roof and the diagnostic equipment. I had to go elsewhere for certain tests and have to see "others" too. Maybe if we complained about the non seamless care to officials maybe things will change. Again. I have no complaints about this office.”
