“I bought two headsets and a scanner in November and gave to my wife for Christmas. Last night, at the Daytona Truck Race, we used them for the first time. One headset had a short/loose mic wire which caused the right side ear speaker to not function correctly. Today, while walking into the race I went to the RE trailer outside the south end of the Daytona grandstands and asked if they could help or if I needed to return the headset via mail when I got home. The staff was unbelievably helpful and immediately replaced the non-working headset. I was actually surprised at how helpful they were in assisting. I wish I had the names of those in the trailer but I didn’t get the names. Thank you for your immediate interest and for you assistance.”
