“On Feb 24th, 2016, an adjuster for one of the major insurance companies came out to my home to evaluate wind damage to the shingles on my roof. The adjuster documented a total of '15' shingles were damaged. The Repair cost would be less than my deductible. I called JP Solutions and the owner came out and performed his evaluation, took pictures and found a total of 73 shingles were damaged or missing. As a result, I appealed the insurance adjuster's findings with the major insurance provider. After going back and forth with the provider, JP Solutions sent their report to the providers Corp office. The provider sent out a second adjuster (10 weeks later) who found 66 shingles were damaged or missing. Note the original adjuster found 15. After re-evaluation, the insurance provider agreed to replace the roof. In late May 2016, a crew arrived from JP Solutions and removed my old roof and replaced it with a new top-of-the-line roof. A great job all around from JP Solutions.”

Just arrived and he was pulling my order out of the oven, 4 minutes prior to my requested time. I appreciate this because it is still hot and even though busy time is starting for him he didn’t push mine through and have it sitting for 15-20 minutes like some places. “I can't say enough good things about Carolina Tree Care. We along with 2 sets of our neighbors recently hired them to remove and prune trees in our yards. They did fantastic work on all 3 projects! Watching them work on our neighbors yard was the deciding factor for us in who to use for our own project.They were all professional, hardworking, and nice men. They came in and worked non stop until the jobs were done; cleaning up everything before they left. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree services.
