North Village Pharmacy

The lady at the window is nice but I think she could be better used somewhere else in the store. Has to routinely ask more than once what you need.

I recently needed to transfer some prescriptions to a NC pharmacy to be in network for a doctor. North Village Pharmacy was the obvious choice being aware of their outstanding reputation and also being nearby. Two pharmacists helped with the transition and the filling of my first prescription. The entire process went smoothly. My questions were answered and excellent customer service was provided. Today, I received a follow-up customer appreciation call. Truly Outstanding!!!!

I switched from a big pharmacy to my hometown pharmacy specifically for the hometown service I receive at North Village. They are always happy to help whether in person or over the phone, and always have a smile to share. I recommend North Village to all of my friends and family!

All of the people who work there, from the front door, to the Pharmacy... are GREAT 😊 people!!! So friendly, some treat you like family!!!
