Butch helped fix our truck and they did a wonderful job. He has been in this business for YEARS and knew my grandfather. My Mom and myself are extremely happy with the results.

My first impression was quaint and hard working. Upon my entrance that all changed. The first gentleman tried to talk/help me, until he was rudely interrupted by another gentleman who had just breezed in, not knowing anything with what we were discussing. He rudely looked at me and told me to give him the keys. Which I didn't have any, explained that to said gentleman, insuring a nasty retort under his breath while he rolled his eyes. Proceeded to walk off. My last chance was a very well put together young lady who asked me what would've thought would have been the FIRST THING out of sir's mouth. She was the only one who talk to me not at me. And even when the owner was running behind she made sure I was comfy. I'm disappointed I didn't catch her name. But she is a blessing. On top of that the young man who was rude, seemed to be the owners right hand mand. That being said; the owner had no for warning or explanation and looked at me blankly while I told him what had happened. It's sad I have to go back to see if the can fix the radiator. Everyone was rude, but the dang dog. And the lady. I guess certain ppl can rubb you the wrong way, an I sup I'm that person. Good luck to you
