PALERMO's FAMILY ITALIAN & GREEK RESTAURANT CONOVER, NC

Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly lady while I was looking at their desert cooler. I ordered the Jumbo chicken and steak sub. It was delicious. I got a piece of orange cake with white chocolate icing to go, it was very good.
Janet was our waitress and she took very good care of us. We will definitely be back.

Delicious food & great staff. Way better than the Olive Garden! They don’t have a staff shortage like all the other restaurants. We’ve not been disappointed This will be our new place to frequent with friends and family

Delicious food, generous portions , yummy bread sticks, very clean , great atmosphere, great service, best of all, NO ALCOHOL SERVED HERE A++++++++++. you can't find a better restaurant

The calzone was great!! Service was fantastic, it's been a long time since I have seen someone be as cheerful as our waitress was. Also the love from the owner and waitress loving on my son being a newly wed.. they sent them a puffy bread and cheesecake to say congratulations!! My only thing I would say could of been better was our salad. The side salad is very small.

It was very quiet and there was only one other couple eating there. We ordered garlic knots, I was looking forward to them because I saw the pictures people posted from 7-8 months ago and they looked so good. But they were really disappointing and they were not fresh. The waitress said “when they are in a hurry they don’t tie them but they are the same thing”. They definitely are not the same thing and there’s no reason for them to be in a hurry when it’s just us and one other couple. They were dry and didn’t have any extra garlic sauce on them. Luckily we were not charged for them. Thankfully, the entrees we got were great. I had Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce and my husband had a dish ironically called the Sierra Chicken. We were both happy with those.
