I have to leave a review on my visit here I called these people needing radiator hoses for my 1998 ford mustang very respectful lady answers tell her what I need and says we don't have them in stock but if you give me an hour we will have them here sure enough about 35 min later get a call and there ready for pick up. I have gave up on every other parts store from this experience and will start buying what I need here and if your the manager reading this you make sure to tell all your employees what good customer service they provide thanks again.

Helped me find the right part at the best price

I was looking for a very small part; cover for cigarette lighter. If I had to get the part at the Dealership, it would have costed about 10 times as much. This lady at Napa worked diligently looking up a part that could possibly fit. Kudos to NAPA!

This is a real auto/truck parts store. Recently have been purchasing heavy duty truck parts and all of these guys go out of their way for me every time. We appreciate it!

Great service. Friendly staff and very helpful. I highly recommend this place for sure. I will be back.
