Landon, the manager, was super helpful and friendly, without being pushy. He answered all our questions easily, had a thorough knowledge of the products, and was able to help us determine the best mattress to fit our needs. We were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost of a king set and their delivery cost was good too. We even purchased our headboard here upon discovering they were made in Ohio. The experience here was pleasant and much better than I expected. I probably won't go anywhere else to make a mattress purchase in the future. If you are shopping for a new bed, you need to check this place out. My bet is you'll walk out with a mattress and be a customer for life.

The prices were still great & had barely increased since our initial purchase 10 years ago. Our goal is to have a My Mattress in each of our bedrooms!

(March 9, 2019, 3:21 pm)I got my last mattress and box spring at The Original Mattress Factory in 2003 and I really liked it so I wanted my new one to be from there. I looked at their website and decided what I wanted and when I went to the store the salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me. The price for delivery was very reasonable and it was only $10 to pick up my old mattress and box spring. I got them three days after I bought them and the delivery men were very good. This place cuts out the middle man so you get a good deal.
