  I cannot put in to words the deepest gratitude and respect for Dr Mauldin. I was the victim of a carjacking and brutal assault. The attacker used brass knuckles and broke over 5 bones in my face and complete orbital blowout. I looked and felt like a monster. I didn’t know if I would ever look or feel normal again. There was not a Doctor in the area who would take on the intricate and delicate facial reconstruction I was so desperately in need of. I thought I would be deformed the rest of my lifet. Dr Mauldin stepped up and agreed to take on the difficult task of reconstructing my face. He took extra time to explain the surgery and the risks involved. I was depressed and scared, however Dr Mauldins staff were so kind and warm that I felt they truly cared about my well being and felt I was in the best of hands. I was so impressed with Dr Mauldins professionalism and kindness before and after my surgery. He skillfully reconstructed the orbital floor blowout, zygomatic process, nasal bone, and maxillofacial fractures so beautifully that people who do not know my story would never know Ive had facial reconstruction. I healed wonderfully, with minimal to no pain, and to my surprise with little to no scarring. I will always have the deepest gratitude to Dr Mauldin and his staff. There is no better surgeon and healthcare professional than Dr Mauldin. Thank you again for giving me back my life.

  Dr. Mauldin recently did my surgery. I had Septoplasty, Excision of the Left Concha Bullosa & Coblation Inferior Turbinate Reduction. He had patiently explained the procedures to me during my office pre-op. The day of surgery couldn't have gone better. There was virtually no pain & no bruising on my face. I credit Dr. Mauldin & his expertise for such a successful surgery. I told people that I felt guilty saying I had surgery as good as I felt! There were plastic splints in my nose & with the use of Simply Saline by Arm & Hammer every few hours during the 5 day recovery period. Then he took the splints out so easily & with no pain. Dr. Mauldin gets 2 thumbs up from me. ????????????

  I went to Dr. Mauldin for a "bump" on my lower lip. It was decided we probably should biopsy it. The in office surgery went very well. I had a slight vasovagal syncope and Dr. Mauldin and his staff were amazing. They were very attentive to me during the episode and when I left, I felt like I did when I came in. Follow up was quick. I would highly recommend Dr. Mauldin and his staff for any procedure and especially small procedures which can be done in the office.

  I just wanted to Thank You Dr. Mauldin for all the help you gave me with the help with my Thyroid Cancer. I know I was not a easy patient. But you had my back in this hard time in my life. You are very professional and knowledgeable man. And I do Thank You Very Much! Wanda Anderson

  As a healthcare professional I do not give 5 stars often, but Dr. Mauldin deserves 5+ stars! I did my research prior to choosing a surgeon and I could not be more satisfied. He was professional and informative about the procedures to be performed. He explained the procedure and risk involved and remained diligent in monitoring my labs and recovery post procedure. Our community is fortunate to have him practicing in our area.
