  My husband and I both study with Girish and have known him since he arrived from India. Meditating with him has been very good for our marriage because it allows us to be calm and loving when we speak with each other. This calmness seeps into every aspect of our lives in a positive way. From Girish, we have learned that meditation is all about what is inside you and about observing yourself so that you can know your Self. Of all the classes I’ve attended over the years (and I am a yoga teacher), nobody compares with Girish. His extensive knowledge and experience makes meditation simple, without dogma and rituals, and takes away false assumptions about this ancient practice. And he is so approachable and likable; he does not sit on a pedestal and expect you to “worship the guru.” We simply love Girish.

  Girish is inspirational. Girish is a master sharing the wisdom and teachings of his teachers. He is an amazing guide in helping one connect deeper to oneself through the knowledge of Eastern Wisdom. Girish assesses each individual and offers meditations and breathing practices to enhance the experience of learning to connect to oneself in a new way. I feel so blessed to be able to experience his wisdom and benefit from his presence.

  Its been 25 years of my association with Girish Sir. I got an opportunity to learn principles of Meditation and Yoga under his guidance. He not only shows you the path towards eternal peace, joy and happiness but also enlightens you with all his heart to be a meaningful soul.

  Girish Jha has so much experience with mindfulness and meditation. He was my teacher in Yoga Youth Teacher Training program and I feel so much more enlightened and knowledgeable about everything he has taught. Through my experience, I was able to gain perspective and insight on my life, spending my nights utilizing his practices and self-reflecting in my meditation journal after. His teachings have given me a new outlook on my life and others, and I have learned so much about mindset and how to reduce my stresses, anxieties, and suffering.

  I know Guruji Girish Jha for over 10 years, he has always been an inexhaustible source of inspiration and wisdom, full of love and compassion for everyone. His understanding of the human nature and the nature of this world is so deep and profound, that every word he speaks resonates with the very essense of my being deep inside. It feels like I have always known that what he teaches is the ultimate truth, forgotten in chasing the pleasures of the outside world.
