  Needed somewhere trustworthy to get brake pads and rotors quickly for my Audi S7. They did not disappoint. 5-star service! They even fixed my coolant leak and changed my oil. Then when they were done they washed my car too. Plus they always have a good inventory in the showroom to look at. All in all Cosmo Motors is a wonderful hidden gem in the city of Hickory for car nerds. ????

  The price was fair and the car was immaculate.
  Dustin was patient as I sat in the car for quite some time. The deal went down quickly and I was able to use my insurance app to show proof of insurance immediately. The only things that could have been better, would have been if they offered to get me a copy of the missing owners manual, fill the tank, and spent more time getting me a better interest rate, as my credit is excellent. My two older boys enjoyed just looking at all the fine automobiles they had in the showroom and on the lot. I would likely look there again when I need another car.

  Buying a car from Cosmo Motors was a wonderful experience. Juan was absolutely great, and worked with me during all hours to ensure any questions I had were taken care of. Even when when I ran into complications with my bank , everyone was very patient and friendly with me. I felt like family at Cosmo Motors. I was introduced to a lot of the staff and everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. Not to mention they have ALL THE BEST CARS!! I will definitely be considering Cosmo Motors next time I'm in the market for a car. Thanks again again Juan and the staff!

  I had been looking for a Toyota FJ Cruiser Trail Team Special Edition for over two years. In that time, I have dealt with multiple dealerships from across the country as well as private sellers. Since I was specifically looking for a rare 2010 or 2011 I have had my work cut out for me, my priorities were
  
  1) Fair pricing, I can’t stand haggling..... I know what the vehicle is worth.
  2) Salesperson and dealership with integrity and pride in what they’re willing to put their name on.
  3) A solid vehicle that hasn’t been abused and has been well maintained by the owner and also thoroughly inspected by the dealership. This goes back to my second priority as well.
  
  My experience with Cosmo Motors met all those criteria and beyond. To say they have set the bar incredibly high is an understatement, they are truly in a league of their own. They have created a business that is very unique and I felt like I was part of something special. The process was completely smooth, which I was so grateful for since I flew in from out of state to purchase the vehicle. My salesman Charles was great and treated me more like family than a customer. They say it’s not a car dealership it’s a toy shop, I left with my dream vehicle and now I have an extended family in Cosmo Motors and their team! Thanks you guys, it was worth the wait.

  The best car buying experience you can have. Matt made sure I was in the car I wanted by the day before Christmas. Chase was excellent at getting the financials worked out. When you buy from Cosmo you can buy with confidence. This is my second purchase from them and they always put the customer and quality first. Thanks guys. Special shout out to the guys at the detail shop for fast tracking me, you all rock.
