  Excellent service. Tyler was our waiter and we had a party of 9.....it was a very nice experience. Food was great!!!!

  I've never eaten at this particular Carrabbas but I have spent hundreds of dollars eating there at their Charlotte/Concord location. I had an issue with the gift card I purchased and could not resolve it through the phone prompts. I spoke to Todd at the Hickory location and he was soooo helpful and patient with me. I really appreciate his great customer service and give him a shout out. He is what customer service is all about no matter what job you have. Thank You Todd!!!!!

  I went online and chose a dining time of 3:00 p.m., for a late lunch. Just thought I'd mention that online I was asked if this meal was a special occasion, and I chose anniversary, our 32nd wedding anniversary. We arrived and had a great meal and were back in our car at 3:45, but we were never rushed. We had our usual chicken marsala, which was delicious as usual. Also, I don't know why I was asked about the occasion, it was not mentioned by the restaurant.
