Sure, others may be upset that Dr. Chambers left and that is normal, but when Jeremy Jones came I feel I am.where I am supposed to be. He is very kind, very thorough and doesn't rush talking to you. He makes sure you have any questions to ask him and them answers them honestly, which is what I love. He has been a very positive addition to this office and I highly recommend him.
My husband called up there for me today and talked to lily for me since I was laying down not feeling good and he said she was so sweet and helpful. She usually is. I really like being a patient here.
Extremely upset that Dana is gone after being her patient for many years. A friend recommended Dr.Smith. She was very kind and aware of me having no insurance she would ask if I wanted this or that & not just doing it since I was paying out of pocket. The whole team from check-in to the lab was so very nice & Laura the nurse (I'm assuming) was super nice & funny. Overall it was a great visit everyone was super helpful trying to keep the cost down for me & I really appreciated that. They gave me a 50% discount on everything.
I have seen multiple Dr's in Hickory area. I love Dr Smith, she has great diagnostic skills. She is very easy to talk to and picks up on the small things you talk about.
