  Never having to call a plumber on my own, I relied on social media for recommendations. I had several people recommending 3rd Rock. I was not disappointed. They came out the same day due to a leak under my kitchen sink. They fixed it in a timely manner and the charge was reasonable. Two days later I had to call about what I presumed to be the same leak. They showed up again in a timely manner and found the leak to be right beside the previous leak. They fixed the second leak at no charge due to being there previously and not catching it. I highly recommend 3rd Rock. Both technicians were extremely helpful and very nice.

  Yes! Use 3rd Rock Plumbing. Mike showed up on time and took control of a very unmanageable plumbing issue in our older house. Mike's knowledge was obvious as he explained how and why to reconfigure the existing setup. Professional, knowledgeable, focused, clean, and neat. He was respectful of our house and did not treat it as a construction zone, as we've experienced in the past. Such a nice breath of fresh air and yes, we'll be using them on our next plumbing job.

  I had a wonderful experience and they will be the first place I call if future plumbing issues arise. I work full time and they accommodated my schedule. Mike also answered all of my questions and was willing to assist with a few additional items once on the site. Mike was awesome. Finally I feel I received a very fair invoice for the services received. Thank you for the assistance.

  A friend suggested 3rd Rock Plumbing to me for a water line problem I was having. We coordinated the job easily, they showed up promptly, completed the job quickly (sooner than they indicated) and the work was top notch. I am now a fan. I definitely recommend 3rd Rock for any plumbing or water problems.

  Fast, excellent, affordable service. I'm out in Los Angeles and was looking to help a relative in Granite Falls. 3rd Rock's website and reviews sold me and Mike's service would bring me back. They had a severe leak in pipes serving the water heater and their water and power bills were sky high. Mike found the problem immediately, solved it quickly and brought the situation up to code. He also resolved a couple other minor plumbing issues while he was there. Very pleased with 3rd Rock's service. Also appreciate their one year guarantee on the work.
