Very nice and accommodating staff at-home delivery service. They are prompt and great instructors.
My experience with the technicians that fit you for the CPAP mask was excellent. The staff "Tyler" was patient and did not rush me to make a decision. I was offered to take home each mask to determine if it worked. I had about 3 different trails and each time the return was easy and met with no hassle. The call to let me know about a new type of mask was appreciated and appointment scheduling was quick.
This location was very helpful to me. I was traveling and needed portable air. Even though I had not followed procedure and ordered my supplies two weeks in advance they took care of me and had me supplies within hours coordinating it with my home office in Wisconsin.
