    What can I say? Whataburger is a Texas staple. Their food is good, though sometimes sloppy- that depends on the employee of course; some put way too many condiments and watery veggies like lettuce and tomato so you end up with a soggy mess that just disintegrates the bread.
    Overall though, the food is good 95% of the time with chicken mostly being the exception. Sometimes the strips are overcooked and dry, sometimes the grilled patties are tough. The fries are way better than McDonald's when they're cooked right. It's so sad to get a batch of soggy, limp, warm fries.
    The biggest drawback to Whataburger used to be price, but now it's on par with every other fast food chain so might as well get a better burger. The only other issue is wait times, but again that can't always be helped and in the end, it's always worth the wait.
