We started working with Roseann back in January of this year. We were moving to NC from out of state, and Roseann really stood out from the other realtors we talked to. She truly listened to what we were looking for and she was genuinely interested in letting us take our time in finding the right place. This was a unique task for Roseann because she didn't only have to please myself and my husband, but my in-laws as well. We went from looking for 2 houses on the same property, to 2 houses within 10 miles of each other, to looking for 1 house with a lot near by, to looking for a lot big enough to build 2 houses on.

Long story short, we ended up finding the perfect piece of land. Roseann was so patient with us throughout the whole process. She had probably taken us to over 20 houses to look at and wasn't the slightest bit upset that we ended up purchasing land instead. Roseann was truly happy that we were happy and we wouldn't hesitate to work with her again. If you're looking for an agent, give Roseann a call.
