I had a Dell laptop that was slow and performing poorly in every way. The techs at All Tech kept the computer for a few days, called and told me what they were doing, and installed a brand new hard drive.
When I picked up the computer, they explained things to me, showed me where new icons were, and made sure that I could call them for help with the new look of my screen or any other questions.
I am new to Hickory and completely pleased with how I was treated and serviced.

All Tech on 127 is great. Was sad to hear that Mark retired though. I liked him the best. He was always the one I wanted to talk to when I was in there. He would always answer any questions I had in a manner that was easy to understand. Super friendly and always went above and beyond what I expected. Going to miss seeing him there, but I'm sure the other people there are just as good. Especially if they learned customer service from Mark.
