  Everyone at the hickory office is very nice and very caring. I am recuperating from two broken wrists. Ashley , Megan and Heather were very helpful in therapy and scheduling. Heather even came out and helped me jump off my car one day when it would not crank! Ashley was very caring and considerate and doing my therapy.

  I wouldn't go to any other physical therapist in the Greater Catawba, Burke, or Caldwell regions. Their professionalism and willingness to learn their patients in a way to bring them back to their full potential post surgery or injury isn't comparable to any other place I have been. They are truly a one of a kind organization, with a staff that exceeds expectations daily, and will always put their patients first above all else. There is no other place I will go for my physical therapy needs, because no other place will care as much as Benchmark, because at the end of your Benchmark stay you're more than a patient, you feel as if you're apart of the Benchmark Family.

  I have had increasing pain for 18 months. MRI (twice) and injections 3 times to try to pinpoint where my pain was coming from. After the last injection, my neurologist said I needed to do physical therapy also. He stressed that it was important to find a qualified therapist who would help and not harm. Lacy Peterson at Benchmark is wonderful. After only 7 visits spread over 2 weeks, I am soooo much better. Lacy showed me stretching exercises and core exercises and made sure I knew how to do them properly. The atmosphere at Benchmark is laid back but make no mistake, the patients are getting help to feel better from all the therapists.
