  As a former car salesman I understand dealership methods and practices, at least I thought I did. I have helped friends and family purchase cars all over the east coast. I must say that the entire process with Paramount was as easy and enjoyable as I have experienced. Before I started looking for my wife a vehicle I went through the process of helping a family purchase a car and I ran into some new practices at dealerships that I had never been exposed to in the past. One dealer refused to accept a third party lenders check they had four ways to pay and outside financing wasn't on that list of options. The next had a low advertised priced that was good until they put the final numbers together and were adding in a $2000 refurbishment charge on a beautiful 2017 car that needed nothing in the way of refurbishment. The last dealer gave me one price and didn't care if I bought the car or not. I didn't.
  When I called Paramount I spoke with Fox my salesperson and explained these concerns. While he assured me that they didn't play games, I had my doubts. Since I live a couple hours away from Hickory I wanted to be positive of the deal before I made the trip. We negotiated over the phone, a move I very much appreciated, came to an agreement and later that day we test drove and purchased the car which was cleaned to perfection, gas tank was full and ready for my wife to drive home. Absolutely no pressure from anyone, accepted my third party check for payment and treated us as special customers. I highly recommend these folks for your next purchase.

  The vehicle we bought today was a find we just happened to stumble upon one night when we drove around Hickory car shopping. The Subaru Outback is just what we needed. We reached out online last week, and on Friday my spouse test drove it. By Monday, I was able to go for a test drive. We live an hour away. Talk about one happy woman! My first car I've purchased for myself and from a dealership. Paramount personnel are top notch! They treated us kindly, weren't pushy like some dealerships we'd shopped at, and were very transparent in what they could or couldn't do to help us. I am one very happy mama and we had a very ecstatic three year old little girl when we got home. We are calling the car our 'Frozen' car based on the color of the vehicle. Patrick L. is the person you want to talk to if you choose Paramount Volks/Volvo/Porsche. He treats you as if he's known you for years and is so personable. Everyone we came in contact with was fantastic. Thank you all!

  Great place and friendly people! Walked in knowing what car I was getting, but it still took about 2.5 hours for the buying process. Seemed like a long time. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase and would buy there again! Thank you!

  I had the best experience imaginable buying my car at Paramount. Fox Guenter was my salesperson and he was professional and very helpful in every way. He made the entire transaction simple and painless. By the time i was done i felt as if i had made a new friend. The entire staff was that way. I got my dream car at a dream price and could not be happier to recommend this organization, especially Fox as a place you WANT to do business with.
