  I broke the glass on my AIO pen the day after buying it. It's a fairly newer device so no one is carrying replacements yet and it didn't come with a spare. I live in Lenoir and called every vape shop around me looking for my glass. Bob's didn't have it either but the manager, Mina, was the only one to doing any research or offer finding something that would fit... Even giving me suggestions over the phone, knowing it unlikely I would be making the trip that far to her shop for it. No other vape shop from Lenoir down to Hickory offered anything except for a "No, Sorry".
  Long story even longer... I made the trip simply because of the great customer service. She found a different glass to fit and we love happily ever after..... until I break it again. But at least i know where to go now!

  I love this shop. Mina kind, professional, and always eager to help. Definitely ran with the customer in mind. It just feels like home!

  This is by far the best vape shop around!
  They are so knowledgeable and kind.
  They do not try to upsale you and are very helpful will all vape needs! The coffee is DELICIOUS and the atmosphere is inviting. I love this place!

  Practically hidden treasure, hard to see on Springs Rd, but definitely a great place to stop. Coffee is excellent, lots of vape selection, very reasonable prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff and military friendly. Highly recommended.
