  The doctor's, nurses, and most of the staff here are amazing at the Mountain View location. I've only run into one person which was last week who didn't seem to know what they were doing but I also believe that they were new to the profession so experience takes time. Brian O'Connor and Brian Bechtal are very caring doctors who go out of their way to care for their patients. The front office staff in Mountain View off 127 treat check ins with respect, compassion and decency which is more than I can say for the Newton location. Bonnie works at the Newton location and she is their only redemptive quality. I will say this that Jennifer at the Newton location did show concern when she and I spoke via phone after a severe allergic reaction to a medication that I had taken. UPDATE: A little confused by the response from the owner. The urgent care in Mountain View is great. The one in Newton not so much. I left a review of the one in Newton so perhaps that review should have prompted the response that this review got?

  We just moved to the Hickory are in February. My husband wasn’t feeling well so we went to Mountain View Urgent Care. They were amazing! Everyone was extremely polite and they treated us like they had always known us. They were eager to help my husband and offered great advice on how to get There!

  Took my mother here because of an auto accident, can't remember the names of the staff or physician but went on 6/15/19 and the physician was NOT Brian betchol. Everyone was friendly despite our late visit. We got in and out in about 1 hour. Front desk receptionist was very helpful and informative on information needed for billing a motor vehicle accident. Both the medical assistant and physician were great as they explain and asked questions to help figure out what needed to be done to make sure my mother was checked out correctly and thoroughly. I am very pleased with the visit!

  Five stars for the PA-C who saw me, Brian Bechtol. He was very caring and even though I had strep he made me feel not gross when I certainly felt CRUMMY! He was quick but intently listened to everything I had to say. He asked me detailed questions and was incredibly friendly! Wish I could steal him from this Urgent Care where the two ladies at the front are not very friendly. Felt like they didn't care about me.
