(January 24, 2020, 6:19 am)Extremely friendly staff, the only thing they could improve on is when you apply online and you go in the next day they should have everything ready for you, sign and out the door. I'll have to say 99.5% of dealerships operate like this, I understand that people with marginal to low credit may have more paperwork but when someone has perfect credit they shouldn't have to be there for 2 plus hours.

(November 11, 2019, 10:44 pm)I decided to buy a new truck and trade in the car I was currently driving and found one I really liked here at Everett! I was helped by Garry who assisted me with test driving the truck I was interested in and walked me through the entire process which went super smoothly. About 1/2 way home from the dealership after buying the truck, the low tire light came on from issues with the valve stems/sensors. I called Garry to let him know and he told me bring it back in when they opened on Monday and they’d look at it and get it taken care of. I took it back and they replaced the valve stems in the tires for me and made sure everything else was great! This was my first time buying from a dealership and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone, and would also highly recommend working with Garry.

(October 24, 2019, 8:27 pm)I just wanted to drop a note about an awesome man who always takes good care of Everett Chevrolet customers. This year I came twice for service, once for major repairs and the second time for overheating issue. Kris is an excellent communicator; he kept me posted on the timings and the repair progress. He explained clearly the process and what should be done. Always pleasant and professional, "thank you, sir, and welcome." I know there are other great people at Everett Chevrolet but Kris is my choice if I need help. Thank you very much, Kris and Everett Chevrolet.
