  INCREDIBLE service and great experience! I went in just to purchase 3 replacement watchbands and normally with that request you get the "ole brush off " and a point to the back of the store where the bands are; YET I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED when I was greeted by a very warm and friendly associate " ALLISON BEACH " who not only spent time with me asking about my band preferences and such, but also volunteered to have then start putting the first watchband, while I continued to pick out the others - I was so impressed with the level of care I received that I decided to shop for a NEW WATCH while I was there. Needless to say I now have a NICE new Citizen's watch, 3 new bands for my Seiko's, and A GREAT EXPERIENCE to remember the Jewelry Exchange by. As a matter of fact this morning my wife mentioned having to go downtown to get a few batteries for her watches, so I redirected her to stop by The Jewelry Exchange instead. I hope the owners of the store realize what an asset Allison is?

  My engagement ring came from here and it is absolutely beautiful! Most of the people working here a very nice when you come in. Occasionally you'll get a very brief and monotone attitude from one of them but I don't spend a long time in the store so I choose to ignore it. Recommended for selection of jewelry, they have some very beautiful pieces although some of the items seem a little pricey for what you get. However my engagement ring is perfect and I only visit this store every six months or so to get it cleaned and plated.

  The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The young lady (Lauren) who helped me was awesome! I went in to get my watch band sized. I also ordered a Christmas gift for my wife. I highly recommend this store for any jewelry needs.

  These folks have been amazing for years! Tina went out of her way to accommodate my needs in a time crunch. Customer service at its finest!
