MAN! The new manager there really knows what he's doing. I didn't want to go there because I'd had problems in the past from rude staff but it looks like the company really cleaned house. Everyone was friendly and professional and the new manager (he said he just started in the store THIS WEEK) was able to fix my problem.
He didn't care that I bought my phone somewhere else, he just looked at the problem, fixed it and suggested a few accessories to use the phone better. I know where I'm going when it's time to upgrade my phone! Never going to waste time waiting in long lines at the dealer store again when I can just go here and get such friendly and professional service!
