  Awesome and caring staff. I have been taking my pets to Conover Veterinary Hospital since moving here in the late 1990s. Very compassionate. Will recommend to anyone.

  The waiting room is large and clean although I didn't have to wait at all. The staff took my pet in upon my arrival which was my appointment time. They were kind and gentle with the foster dog I had brought in. I have no complaints with this visit.

  I love this place and they get 5 stars BUT there is one lady who was very rude to me (Sarah) when I went in and as I was in a hurry to get to the bank before they closed I just asked my question but apparently Sarah wasn't ready for me and snapped at me that she would be with me in a minute. I was in too much of a hurry to deal with it right then but as I walked out I was still taken aback by the completely unprofessional and rude behavior by this woman. I have heard her talking down to one of the really young girls in there about HOW she was emptying the recyclables for goodness sake. She was rude to her as well and I started to say something but figure the staff already know how nasty this lady can be.

  I am always greeted with warmth when I come into the building. The staff is always so accommodating. ....( I love Lillian) . Everybody there jumps in to help me when I come in. Thank you!!!
