Which is a big difference from the Gastonia location their staff was horrible and very rude. I'd definitely recommend you go to the Hickory location if you have a choice. Anyway getting into treatment here has saved my life. I almost died from complications shooting dope and thought I had lost everyone and everything now I'm clean from street drugs, I'm so happy, my family actually wants me around and is helping me, and I'm just getting my life back all the way around.”

“Everything about maternity services has been great so far, but when inquiring about an anti- nausea medication that has helped me in the past during my pregnancy, the CNM, Rebecca Honeycutt, talked down at me, accuse me of drug abuse, then placed the WRONG patient’s name on my prescription to take to my pharmacy. The only reason I know the doctor’s name was because I asked the front desk operators after coming home without my prescription due to her failure. She never introduced herself before essentially berating me and coming down on my inquiry in the most patronizing and defensive way possible before administering a drug test and sending me home with the wrong patient’s script. I tried to talk to her supervisor and was never called back, so I feel it’s within my rights to drag that individual online and inform any other expectant mothers of what they may run into. I really have had great luck here, otherwise. They will work with you on appointment times, and Alayne Gaston is an absolute god-send to their practice. I just got lucky and had the single worst experience I’ve ever had at an obgyn appointment here.”
