“I have been a patient at the Claremont Family Medicine center for almost thirteen years. During this time my medical needs have been attended to by three Physician Assistants and Dr. Mark Hawkins. I have been on blood pressure control, cholesterol lowering, and stomach acid reduction meds for many years and the good professionals at CFM have managed these so effectively that I am now taking smaller dosages while maintaining good health. The staff at CFM are welcoming, understanding, and extremely helpful. This includes everyone from the nurses who draw my blood for periodic lab tests and take my vitals during office visits, to the administrative staff who schedule appointments, maintain the patient files, and conduct the business aspects of the practice. Everything was explained to me including the cost of the services before the procedure began. I was given options so that I could decide what was within my budget. “I am from WI and was in NC on business. I was having issues with my neck and upper right shoulder. I called my insurance to find a chiropractor in network. Sendroff was in our network and close by my hotel in Hickory, NC. What a blessing! I called at 4 pm and they saw me immediately after filling out some paperwork. I was in so much pain with throbbing pain in the neck and upper shoulder. DR asked a lot of questions and adjusted me. It has been 3 hours since my adjustment and I am pain free right now. I also feel like I have more mobility in my neck. I would highly recommend. If I lived here I would definitely use DR Sendroff. Thank you so much for getting me in so quickly and reducing my pain.
