“This was as our very first time coming to Sweet Taters. We loved everything about this place. The hospitality of the staff made us feel like we were with family. The decor of the restaurant was excellent and gave us cheer. The homemade biscuits and jelly were phenomenal. The food was great and they truly made you feel like family. Do yourself a favor and go. They told us the decorations change with the seasons and holidays! So amazing!!”

“I had a hot dog and onion rings with water and a very small yogurt. I loved the ambiance and service was good. Food was good but would have been great if they made their chili in house but instead it was canned. Yuck. The cost was $10 with a small tip.Waitress was very nice and brought the chili on the side when I requested. If the chili was freshly made in house this would be a five star.”

“Haven't eaten at a Burger King since 1989 when it was the most convenient restaurant in walking distance from the barracks. What changed? The Impossible Whopper... Not that it is unbelievable, but that it is good enough, highly available and easy to find. I now visit BK once every two weeks or so when I want a vegi burger and don't feel like making it myself... Or driving so far to get a more expensive vegi burger at another restaurant. Also will top my, convenient traveling food options when going from point A to B. Well played BK, well played.”

“Marelys was recommended to me by a friend so my wife and I tried it. One neat thing was she could get her Italian (baked spaghetti) and I could get my Mexican (burrito/enchilada/taco) but we were skeptical how it would be serving such a range of different food. It was wonderful! My Mexican food was fantastic, better than nearby Mexican restaurants, and hers was very good as well! And to top it off, the young lady at the front and the gentleman who was preparing food were both extremely friendly! Can't wait to go back”

“I went here for the first time very recently. I didn't have very high expectations, but the food was really excellent. I had the mac n cheese burger, which was gigantic and delicious. I also had the cookie skillet for dessert, which was also really good. Server was good enough, but nothing overwhelmingly great. It was busy, being a Friday evening, but we were still seated in a timely fashion.”

“I love Bob Evans. This is my favorite restaurant. Best Hot Rolls, Sausage Gravy. We love to dine in. Love the family atmosphere. To go to Bob Evans for us is relaxing. As a family we would meet at the Bob Evans in WV where we are from and for the past 20 years this Bob Evans in Hickory has become our dining place. They are the only place that has fried mush. It's just a cornmeal fried. Delicious...w Syrup.. Our favorite Server is Tammy and we always request her if she's working. Bob Evans is home cooking brought to the table. We got our Thanksgiving meal last night. We are going to reheat and eat and just take it easy. Thank you Bob Evans we will see you soon.”

“Great experience at this location. The store and restrooms were clean. The store was well stocked. Service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and tasty. The only negative, which is it really the fault of the store, is that it is a little hard to get in and out of. There are several stoplights and they are long. This is a problem if you are just trying to quickly get off and then back on the interstate. But if you can spare the few extra minutes, I definitely recommend.”
