“I had the ridge vent on my roof blow loose during a wind storm. After reading the reviews for Fidelity I gave them a call and was surprised that Jonathan was in the area and could come by in a few minutes. Since this was a Saturday I thought I would have a hole in my roof all weekend. He inspected the problem and was able to fix it right then. He also assured me the roof was in good shape and did not receive any damage to the shingles. I was impressed that he was honest and did not try to sell me a roof I did not need. I will definitely use Fidelity when the time comes for a replacement.”

“Our four families come together once a year. This house was a perfect fit for us and the children. The location on the lake was perfect because it was a quieter side. The house came with everything we needed (included rafts that the kids really enjoyed). The air circulation in the house is a little slow to cool, but it didn't cause any issues and the property manager was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. We rented a boat for the day and that was very easy and a lot of fun as well. The only negative thing I would say is that 3 bedrooms do not have their own bathroom, but we made due as everything else was perfect. We would definitely stay again.”
